The 90-Day Implant Opportunity System
We agree a qualified-inquiry target with you in writing before launch, hold your media budget flat, and hit it within 90 days — or we waive our management fee until a following 30-day period reaches the target.
How the target is set and measured
- Eligibility starts with an audit and reliable implant-specific baseline data.
- The target is agreed in writing before launch; practices without a reliable baseline get a separately agreed fixed target instead.
- Results compare the final 30 days of the program with the 30 days before launch, using the same qualification rules, attribution method and media budget.
What counts as a qualified inquiry
A unique new prospect in your service area, with valid contact details, stated implant interest and willingness to discuss a consultation.
Not a booked consultation, a clinically eligible patient, a financing approval or an accepted case. Spam, duplicates, vendors, existing patients and unrelated inquiries are excluded.
What we need from your practice
- Maintain at least $2,000 per month in media spend, plus the selected management fee. Media is paid separately and continues during any fee-waiver period.
- Maintain 10 available consultation slots per week for the promoted treatment.
- Attempt first human contact within five minutes during staffed hours; answer after-hours inquiries at the start of the next staffed period.
- Use the agreed follow-up workflow and record contact, qualification, booking, attendance and treatment outcomes in the shared pipeline.
- Attend two client-success reviews per month and provide advertising, tracking and pipeline access so both teams can reconcile qualifying inquiries.
- Run mutually approved offers and return requested assets, approvals and feedback within 24 business hours.
- Complete the initial 90 days, beginning when campaigns and tracking are live.
Next Patient Dental owns campaign execution and optimization. Your practice owns clinical assessment, availability, response, booking, attendance and treatment acceptance. Material budget changes, tracking outages and practice-requested pauses are agreed in writing before they affect measurement.
This is a fee waiver, not a refund, and not a patient or revenue guarantee. Messaging conversations are inquiries — not appointments, patients or revenue.
